Our programmes work to improve and heal your core and pelvic floor, and overcome common female issues such as diastatsis recti, prolapse, incontinence, back/hip pain and pelvic pain.

Hey, I'm Viv

Empowered Women's Collective is the result of my own journey, navigating challenges like diastasis recti and urinary incontinence, alongside extensive research, learning, and development to craft top-notch programmes addressing my own body's needs.

 

I am a strong advocate for women to return to their lifestyle, function, and fitness. I want you to know that your body and mind can heal and get strong. Just know that it is never too late to improve your core and pelvic floor and live a life full of function and vitality.

Viv was excellent. Thanks to her knowledge and the work we did after my second baby, I'm now fitter and feeling much more confident and energetic. She really knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable straight away. 
I had severe diastasis postpartum, but thanks to the rehabilitation programme Viv set for me this has improved significantly and I feel strong again!

Viv has a clear passion for women's health. She understands the importance of often overlooked topics like the basics of breathing, posture and pelvic health.
